A screed mixer is a high-capacity, motor-driven mixer designed to handle large volumes of cementitious material efficiently and consistently. Unlike a hand mixer, a screed mixer operates continuously and can process significantly larger batch sizes, making it the preferred choice for fabricators producing multiple panels, benchtops, or elements per day.
For GFRC production, a screed mixer is worth considering if you are regularly mixing more than two to three bags per batch, or if mixing time is becoming a bottleneck in your workflow. For ECC production, a pan mixer is required to properly mix and disperse the fibre system.
