Returns Policy

Domcrete GFRC – Returns & Refunds Policy

Domcrete products are supplied for professional use within the construction industry. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application.

Quotes, sales requests, and online checkout submissions do not constitute a confirmed sale. Prices and availability are subject to change. A sale is confirmed once payment is received. All purchases are subject to Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including non-excludable guarantees for faulty or damaged goods.


Change of Mind

  • Domcrete does not accept returns for change of mind once an order is placed.

  • Cement-based and construction products have expiry timeframes; expired or misused materials will not be accepted for return.

  • Custom orders, special orders, non-stocked products, and training courses are non-refundable.

  • Please confirm all requirements before placing an order.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Report any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items within 48 hours to [email protected].

  • Domcrete may request photographs, batch numbers, and usage details to assess claims.

  • For major failures under ACL, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund.

  • Minor failures may be repaired or replaced at Domcrete’s discretion.

  • Improper handling, storage, or misuse may void eligibility for return.


Shipping & Freight

Domcrete can arrange freight across Australasia and internationally (subject to approval).

Freight Charges:

  • Calculated based on cubic volume, space, and gross weight.

  • Added to orders after submission and issued via email.

Customer-Arranged Freight:

  • Domcrete reserves the right to charge a packaging and handling fee of $15–$25 + GST AUD.

  • Customers are responsible for packaging and transport arrangements.

  • Domcrete is not liable for loss or damage once goods are collected by a third-party carrier.

Delivery Methods:

  • Road, sea, air, or rail, depending on location and order size.


Refunds & Credits

Return requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving goods.

  • Returned goods must be approved before refunds are processed.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to process funds.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact [email protected].

  • Freight charges are non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Exclusions

Returned goods must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Training courses

  • Expired or perishable materials

  • Hazardous or flammable products

  • Sale items and gift cards


Disclaimer

  • Domcrete is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including project delays or loss of profit.

  • Technical advice is provided in good faith. Customers must refer to product SDS and instructions before use.

  • Domcrete is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect preparation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Liability is limited to replacement or refund in accordance with ACL.
