IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Packaging: 585g Kit | Part A 390g / Part B 195g

Mix Ratio: 2 Part A : 1 Part B

Mechanically mix on low speed for 20 seconds or until product is combined

Finish: Matte

Coverage Rate: 4m2 – 6m2 (depending on concrete porosity)

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface preparation is a crucial first step to ensure optimal results.

Avoid exceeding 200 grit – 400 grit when polishing concrete.

Concrete surface must be clean and free from dust, dirt and other particles. Ensure you concrete is completely dry and moisture free prior to sealing.

OPTIMAL CURING TEMPERATURE

Sealer is best applied between 16-24 degrees Celsius.

SEALING

1. Commence with weighing out you desired amount of sealer

• 2 Part A : 1 Part B

Example: 100g Part A : 50g Part B

2. On low speed, mechanically mix batched quantity for 20 seconds or until combined.

3. Pour combined mixture into a paint tray and evenly load roller.

4. Commence with applying mixture to all vertical faces, prior to moving on to the surface. Apply medium force when rolling the mixture and maintain a wet edge.

5. Once the surface has been evenly coated, wring excess mixture from roller and backroll to ensure even coverage and allow to dry.

Be careful not to over backroll.

6. Coat 2 should be applied within 6-8 hours of initial coat.

If coat 2 application has surpassed 24 hours, ensure 400 grit – 600 grit Mirka Abranet pads have used across all surfaces. This will break the surface tension allowing for adhesion of coat.

Utilise the above method of sanding prior to coat 2, if streaking has occurred.

7. Repeat steps 1-5

It is recommended to allow sealer to cure & cross link for a minimum 3 days prior to light use.

CAUTIONS

Avoid contact with skin and eyes.  Avoid breathing dust, fume, gas, mist, vapour or spray.  Wear overalls, safety shoes, impervious gloves and safety glasses.  Use only in well ventilated areas.  Wash hands after use.  Keep containers closed when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
